Ghiotti went upstream to the sources of the two rivers, for his project Sources. I went with him and recorded. The soundtrack assembles two kinds of material algorithmically: what the recorder caught along the way, and sound synthesised from the images themselves, each picture analysed and turned into an acoustic palette. Half of what is heard was in the place. The other half comes from the light that was in the place. Both were collected on the same journey.
